How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak seasons (holidays, spring break, summer). However, we often accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. This includes Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and all surrounding cities.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, we have a minimum rental period of one day (24 hours). We offer competitive rates for daily, weekly, and longer-term rentals.

Can I rent if I only have liability insurance?

No. We require full-coverage auto insurance (liability + comprehensive + collision) for individuals, or qualifying commercial coverage for businesses. Your policy must apply to rented or temporary vehicles. If you only carry liability, we recommend contacting your agent to add comprehensive and collision coverage.

No. We're not an insurance company and we don't sell add-on insurance. Our model is built for drivers and businesses who already carry good coverage. Your own policy acts as the primary coverage for the rental, keeping things simple and transparent.

Why is my insurance primary?

Florida law allows properly drafted rental agreements to designate the renter's own auto or business policy as the primary coverage for a rented vehicle. Our agreement follows that structure so responsibilities are clear and there are no surprises. This is how we operate within the structure of Florida law.

How do I know if my policy covers this?

Most full-coverage personal and commercial policies include coverage for rented or hired vehicles, but every situation is different. We always recommend checking with your agent to confirm before you book. Ask them: "Does my policy extend to rented or temporary vehicles?"

Can my business rent a van?

Yes. Many of our clients are contractors, crews, and small businesses. We'll need to see proof of your commercial auto or HNOA coverage — such as your insurance card, policy declarations page, or any document showing your business name, active policy dates, liability limits, and physical damage coverage. No Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required. If your business doesn't have commercial auto or HNOA coverage, the rental can be placed under an individual with full-coverage personal auto insurance.

Do you deliver to airports?

Yes! We deliver to Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), and Palm Beach International (PBI). We coordinate timing based on your flight and meet you at designated pickup areas.

What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $15 base plus $2.00 per mile (one-way) from our dispatch location near Fort Lauderdale Airport in Dania Beach. Your exact delivery fee is calculated and confirmed when you book.

Can you deliver to my hotel?

Absolutely! We deliver to hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and any address in our tri-county service area. Just provide the address when booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight status for airport deliveries and adjust pickup times accordingly. Just keep us informed of any significant changes to your arrival time.

How does van pickup work at the end of my rental?

We pick up the van at the same location we delivered it (or another location you specify). We'll coordinate a convenient pickup time, and you hand back the keys. It's that simple!

We have Ford Transit 350 and 350 HD high-roof passenger vans, both with 15-passenger capacity. Our fleet includes a 2018 model (standard tier) and a brand new 2024 model (premium tier).

Our 2018 Ford Transit 350 (standard) starts at $209/day or $1,250/week. Our 2024 Ford Transit 350 HD (premium) starts at $239/day or $1,395/week. Monthly rates are available - contact us for a quote.

We accept all major credit cards. A credit card is required for the security deposit and must match the primary driver's name.

Yes, we hold a security deposit on your credit card during the rental period. The deposit is released after the van is returned in good condition.

The rental price includes the van, standard mileage allowance, basic roadside assistance, and our walkthrough orientation at delivery. It does not include fuel, tolls, or any damage/traffic violations.

What are the driver requirements?

Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license and active full-coverage auto insurance (or qualifying business coverage). We verify your coverage before delivery so everything is clear upfront. All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement.

Can someone else drive the van?

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement at no extra charge. They must meet the same requirements: 25+, valid license, and be covered by the primary renter's insurance.

What is your cancellation policy?
