Check Eligibility

You'll need a valid driver's license (25+), and active full-coverage auto insurance (or qualifying business coverage). We'll confirm this quickly so everything is clear before you drive.

We Verify Your Coverage & Send the Agreement

We review your insurance details and send a simple rental agreement that explains your responsibilities and confirms that your own policy will respond first if something happens.

What we verify:

  • Insurance coverage meets our minimum requirements
  • Policy covers rented or temporary vehicles
  • Driver's license is valid and in good standing

We Deliver the Van

On your scheduled pickup date, we bring the van directly to your specified location. We'll give you a complete walkthrough of the vehicle, answer any questions, and make sure you're comfortable before you drive off. When your rental period ends, we pick up the van from you.

At delivery, we'll:

  • Walk you through all vehicle features and controls
  • Explain Bluetooth connectivity and USB charging
  • Review safety features (backup camera, mirrors, etc.)
  • Document the van's condition with you
  • Provide 24/7 roadside assistance contact

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak season (winter months and holidays). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests if vehicles are available.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Just give us a call or text before your scheduled return date. If the van isn't already booked for another rental, we're usually happy to extend. Additional days are charged at the standard daily rate.
Can I pick up the van myself instead of having it delivered?
We operate as a mobile-only rental service and don't have a public walk-in location. All vans are delivered to your specified address for your convenience.
What happens if the van breaks down?
All our vans come with 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience any mechanical issues, call the number we provide at delivery, and we'll get you back on the road or arrange a replacement van if needed.
